If so then since Marcus is a critic it me be more objective, whereas <em>Bad Vibes</em> is pretty much an 'I was there' memoir pouring humorous bile over almost everyone else who was there. I'm a sucker for books about that period in music - it was my little heyday, and holds many fond and not so fond memories.
